- Cooperate with the surveyor and provide the necessary information/documents required by the surveyor/insurer.
(d) Claim filing with insurer
- Fill-up the insurance claim form
- Arrange necessary proofs, evidences and documents
- Submit your claim with the insurer
- Follow up and meet any additional information requirements of insurer
- Obtain claim payment
